Our previous post noted a Berkeley case that seems destined to go on and on. The Katehi case at Davis also seems destined to continue. The Sacramento Bee, through a public records request, got hold of UC prez Napolitano's lengthy letter to the regents in redacted form that was sent to the Regents when it appeared that Katehi wouldn't resign as chancellor.
