hundreds of dollars beyond the basic tuition for every extra unit they take. If
Prop. 30 fails, triggering a $250 million cut to the CSU system, the new fee
would be $399 a unit each semester. If it wins, the fee would be $372 for each
unit...
--
"Third-tier" fee. Students who take more than the regular full-time course
load would be charged an extra $209 a semester for every extra unit if Prop. 30
fails. If it passes, they would be charged $182 for each extra unit...
-- "Course
repeat" fees. Students currently may repeat nine courses during college.
Under the proposal, repeaters would be charged an extra $105 a unit each
semester if Prop. 30 fails. If it passes, they would be charged an extra $91 a
unit…
CSU officials say they
