We'll find out tomorrow what state we are in, as per the tweet above. Normally, the constitutionally-required State of the State message from the governor is delivered early on in the calendar year. This time it has been delayed and will be delivered in an unusual fashion. Perhaps the governor was waiting for a final budget deal - as described in the prior post on this blog - to be reached.
