As noted in a prior post, yours truly has been collecting litigation related to last spring's events at UCLA and other universities. But he somehow missed this one filed several weeks ago against those who attacked the encampment and against various UC and UCLA officials including the Regents.
Undoubtedly, it will be discussed at the upcoming May Regents meeting (behind closed doors). Note that when you file a lawsuit, you also open yourself to discovery by those you are suing. It can be a double-edged sword.
