Faithful blog readers will know that at the end of each calendar quarter, we posted a book-like version of the blog in pdf format. In the past, we used a service called Blog2Print to produce the pdf. Unfortunately, Blog2Print went out of business in May. There are other such services available, but for various reasons, they were not helpful for our purposes.
