There hasn't been an update on the investigation, legal issues, the possibility of extending the one-year of free monitoring, or anything else on the UC website since May 21.
And there won't be another meeting of the Board of Regents until July when (maybe) there will be more discussion and (maybe) not in closed session. So whether or not no news is good news, there isn't any, although maybe there should be.
