Already Ahead - Part 2

We noted in a prior posting that income tax revenue for the state had exceeded the governor's January budget estimate even before the full month of April had passed.* We now have the full month - see above - which shows the complete excess. We should get a full cash statement on all tax and other revenue for the state in the next few days.

Note that the governor's May Revise budget proposal is scheduled for May 14.
