Fall Back

Surely you remembered to set your clocks back one hour as part of the spring-forward/fall-back ritual. And you may dimly recall a ballot initiative in California that seemed to say we would stay on daylight time in contrast to what actually occurred. You might wonder why the initiative seems to have had no effect on actual practice.

In addition, you may have been reading the articles that appear whenever the clocks change about why it's upsetting.*
