University Club Welcomes New General Manager

 

Dear Members:

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Guadalupe (Lupe) Morales, the new general manager of the University Club. Many of you already know Guadalupe, as she has been serving as interim general manager since March.  

 

As the operational leader of our club, Guadalupe will be responsible for delivering exceptional and consistent member experience while ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of our facility.

 

Bringing a blend of hospitality excellence, strong business acumen, and outstanding people management skills gained throughout her 35-year career, including two decades with UCLA Housing & Hospitality, Guadalupe will uphold our club’s high standards of service, culture, and brand. She will also continue to foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly reflects the values and expectations of our members.

From overseeing daily operations and special events to leading our dedicated team and aligning financial performance with our long-term goals, Guadalupe will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of our club. We are confident that her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to exceeding member expectations will significantly benefit our community.
