As blog readers will know, there was a "town hall" on the fires and the impact on UCLA for faculty and staff yesterday. It was said at that meeting that a video of the meeting would be somewhere on the UCLA newsroom website. But yours truly couldn't find it there. So, if you missed the meeting, here is an audio recording:
AVC Michael Beck hosted the meeting. There were many questions in particular about the balancing of care for patients in the med center vs. safety issues for staff. It was mentioned that part of the former Westside Pavillion that UCLA recently acquired is being used for emergency services.
