I'm old enough to remember that when I was a student, UCLA never asked for MMR or any other vaccination proof. Perhaps it was an honor system on a form when accepting. But never had to go to my parents for proof from when I was little. Hep B wasn't even offered to me until a doctors appt in my junior year.
