From the Boston Globe: An early-morning explosion inside a Harvard Medical School building in Boston appears to have been intentional, officials said Saturday. Around 2:50 a.m., a Harvard University police officer responded to a fire alarm at the Goldenson Building at 220 Longwood Ave., according to a statement from the Harvard University Police Department. When the officer arrived, two unidentified individuals were seen running from the building. The officer attempted to stop them before heading inside to investigate and check on the alarm. Once inside, the officer found evidence of an explosion in an area on the building’s fourth floor, police said. The Boston Fire Department’s arson unit later determined the blast appeared to have been deliberately set...
