The systemwide Assembly of the Academic Senate is now listing on its website a "special meeting" on November 20th. In the past, the special meeting designation has been used when petitions have been received requiring a vote on some controversial issue. It goes without saying that there is much going on at UC that could trigger such a meeting. But absent an agenda, we don't know the topic(s) of this meeting.
