Innovating, but no diving, at the Regents on Dec. 16

As blog readers will know, the Regents will be "deep diving," apparently the bon mot of university administrators, into health issues on December 15th.*  But no diving is listed for them on the 16th when they take up innovation transfer and entrepreneurship. The agenda for that meeting is now posted. 

Note: Item S3 involves criteria for tenure. Has the Academic Senate been consulted?
