From an email message received from a UCLA school official: 

I wanted to point out the UCLA Mobile application, that you may want to consider downloading from your app store. The UCLA Mobile application contains handy links to the following:

• The Daily Symptom Monitoring survey (which we need to do each day we come to campus)

• A link to your Daily Symptom Monitoring survey clearance

• A link to the Daily Symptom Monitoring survey clearances of your staff (if you are a direct supervisor)

• And a link to a link to a “Class Clearance Portal” (rumored to go live next week) where you can view the clearance statuses of students in your class
