A UC Berkeley student has sued the University of California system, demanding the 10 schools refund tuition and other fees because students are not receiving the “true college experience” during the coronavirus pandemic.
The suit filed by political science pupil Noah Ritter, seeking class-action status to bring in thousands of other UC students, follows a lawsuit filed earlier this week against the UC and California State University systems demanding that fees for campus-related services be returned to students...
