Extra Cash

The state controller has published her cash report for the first month (July) of the 2019-20 fiscal year. One month does not a year make, but there was $1.4 billion more in revenue than was forecast at the time the state budget was enacted.

Of course, that was July and the stock market dropped about 3% today. So we will see...
