UCLA's Great Flood

You may recall UCLA's Great Flood last year when a water main broke on Sunset Blvd. and damaged parking garages, athletic fields, and the floor of Pauley Pavilion. According to an article in the LA Times, UCLA is suing DWP for $13 million and talks are characterized as “complex, collegial and productive.” Of course, with UCLA, they have to be collegial.
